Outer rings: UNI 16CrNi4 case and core hardened steel with hardness 60±2 HRC
Inner rings: UNI 100Cr6 core hardened steel with hardness 60±2 HRC
Cages: glass-fibre-reinforced polyamide, pressed steel plate, M-shaped section structural steel (depending on the size).
Rolling system: UNI 100Cr6 core hardened steel with hardness 62±2 HRC

Tolerances: according to DIN 620 Regulation
Precision class: according to P6 class
Radial clearance: nearly C0 class, according to DIN 620 Regulation
Load coefficients: calculated according to ISO 76 and ISO 281 Regulations

The stub counter-rollers are mainly used when the sheet metal to be leveled has a limited thickness. The stub counter rollers have a protruding pin at both ends. The hardness and shape of the outer ring are adaptable to the customer's needs; the radial part can be made with a roller/needle cage or full complement to increase the load capacity, which can be combined with axial roller/needle or ball contrasts, the sealing and lubrication systems are adaptable according to the needs expressed by the customer.
