Fixed combined bearings for laminated standard U profiles

INTECOM full complement ball fixed combined bearings are particularly suitable to be used in fork lift masts and in any other moving and handling system, where laminated or extruded profiles are used.
The excellent combination of radial-axial part allows high load capacity with extremely small dimensions, in addition to assembly easiness on any type of structure.
INTECOM fixed combined bearings have precise technical characteristics:
- the special types of steel used for the bearings production guarantee high endurance and resistance to accidental impacts.
- the ZRS seal system built on the INTECOM bearings is composed of two barriers: the first one in iron gives a certain rigidity and a perfect coupling with the body of the bearing, preventing wear during rolling; the second inner part guarantees a perfect sealing (watertightness) that prevents outer agents such as dust, wet and mill scale, to enter the bearing and impair its life, and at the same time it prevents the leakage of lubrication grease (that's why they are called "life lubricated").
At the moment of production, bearings are lubricated with lithium grease, degree 3.
All the INTECOM combined bearings can be also supplied in special versions for extraordinary applications such as high temperatures (HT execution) or high speed (HS execution).
